Homeowners Advocate
The individual must be a homeowner and a non board member. The responsibility
of this individual will be called on by homeowners and the board to act as a mediator on the issues that cannot
be resolved between the homeowner and the board. The individual must be familiar with the Bylaws and Covenants of our
community.

Architectural Review Board (ARB)
The ARB will be responsible for overseeing and creating documention for the request of construction, alteration structure,
improvement, addition, or erection of nature.
